Maestro Battini can teach a variety of classes on the old masters techniques in the

fields of: drawing, painting or fresco. Depending on the desired focus, topics can

include: use of pigments, drawing from life with the size- size method, oil medium,

composition of a painting studying balancing of colors, figure “weight” and more,

fresco heritage from the Middle Age through the Renaissance, portrait techniques, etc.

Each program can be developed around a specific method: practical, theoretical, or a

mix of both.

Annual events can be scheduled in order to form a long-term education program.

In addition, the fresco in progress in the church of Saint Vito in Pisa offers the unique opportunity to hold practical “hands-on” classes directly on site, so the students can paint alongside Maestro Battini, just like it was practiced in a Renaissance  workshop.
